Pleasant Grove High School's Gabriella (Gabbie) Bowie has decided to tranform her Sweet 16th Birthday Party into something much much more.

Gabbie, a long with her supportive family and friends, has arranged a Spaghetti Dinner on December 12 from 2pm - 5pm in order to feed 100 homeless people in her community. The dinner will take place at her church, 16th Street Baptist Church.

She will also be putting together care packages to pass out which will include items like hats, gloves, socks, and hand-warmers. Gabbie and her family have received an abundance of support from their community in the form of donations or just by encouraging words.

If you would also like to help Gabbie with donations in this extremely selfless act, you may contact her mother, Karen Bowie, at 205.332.0970 or my email, bowie@bellsouth.net.
