The Human Resources staff strives to be a valued strategic partner that supports academic excellence and provides accurate, timely, and courteous service to all our employees. The department reaches out to employees by assisting in the process of meeting new hire requirements, certification, and answering benefit questions.
The Human Resources policies and procedures for the Jefferson County Board of Education are designed to meet the requirements of all state and federal regulations. We are a drug and alcohol-free workplace and participate in the E-Verify program. The E-Verify program verifies the identity of all persons hired to confirm eligibility to work in the United States.
