The Pinson Valley Indians capped off an incredible season with a hard-fought battle in the AHSAA Class 6A State Championship game, finishing as the 2025 state runner-up. While the final score did not go their way, the Indians showcased talent, determination, and team spirit on the biggest stage.
Pinson Valley was a powerhouse throughout the season, overcoming tough competition and making a deep playoff run. Their journey to the championship was marked by resilience and outstanding performances from players like Ja'maricus "Smoke" Thomas, who recorded 21 points and 13 rebounds, and Austin "Woo" Coner, who contributed 20 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals in the final game.
