McCalla Elementary School

The 2024-25 McCalla Elementary School Robotics Team was announced in early September. The team is comprised of 13 third, fourth, and fifth graders who will compete in a number of competitions this school year. Each year, the teams are asked to build a robot to complete a specific task. Teams are scored on their build and how well their creation can complete its objective. This year's team members are: Nathan Wooten, Mikael Khan, Braxton Massey, Gavin Peacock, Jeloni Nash, Khalil Means, Tyler Ewing, Tracie Mickens, Isaac Gray, Benjamin Ekpin, Daniel Thompson, Mason Reynolds, and Nikko Smith. Students were selected based on their applications and teacher references/recommendations.
